Digestion is a series of physical and chemical changes by which food, taken into the body, is broken down in preparation for absorption from the intestinal tract into the blood stream.  Normally this happens with a minimum of fuss, however when things start to go wrong the effects can be very uncomfortable indeed!  Constipation, diarrhoea, irritable bowel, bloating, flatulence and burping are to obvious signs of an imbalance.  Fortunately, there are many natural health products that not only provide relief from the symptoms but also correct the default in metabolism that has caused the problem.
