All prices are in Australian dollars. Delivery is via Australia Post and Overseas orders outside Australia will be dispatched by fast Air Mail. Or you may prefer Express Post within Australia - just change the drop down box to select either option at checkout.
The final shipping charge is calculated once you checkout (naturally, we need to know where you wish to send your order!)
So, how do you know how much will be added to the price of your products?
This depends on which products you order, but to give you a basic idea:
For a typical order, the charges would be approx:
- For one small item - $5.30 for NSW or $6.20 for Rest of Australia or Air Mail: $7.50 New Zealand, $8.50 Asia or $9.50 Rest of World
- For one larger item or several small items (more approximate than above): $6 -12 Australia or $11-20 Overseas
ie There is an initial charge and then we then add a charge based on the weight of your combined order, depending on your location in either NSW, the Rest of Australia or Overseas.
Larger products have higher charges associated with them. 10% GST is included for orders within Australia, (which, unfortunately, goes straight to the government.) GST is not charged on overseas orders.
If you also require Express Courier International service, please select below as if ordering another item, or mention this in the Additional Instructions at checkout. Or, you may also request additional Insurance in Additional Instructions or select below, (over $100 only - charged at $10 + $2 per $100 or part of.) We will add this to your payment and advise you of the additional amount on dispatch.
We have discounted all our products heavily compared to Recommended Retail Prices and so we have tiered the shipping charges in a manner we hope will encourage customers to order larger quantities.
Distributors, please enquire about our "shipping at cost" options for regular, large quantities.

Express Courier International
Express Courier International Service - ECI (formerly called EMS). This is an expensive option but is useful for essential urgent orders for delivery within 4 working days anywhere in the world. When you select this option, you will be charged the amount quoted at checkout immediately (which includes packaging and handling charges). The additional ECI charge will be charged separately depending on the weight of the total parcel according to the following table and will be advised by email:

NB When you select this item, it will appear in your Shopping Cart as $0 (zero dollars) as it is calculated later, as described above.
We will provide you with an ECI tracking code, details of the additional charge and the web address of the ECI online tracking system.

Insurance
To add Insurance, (charged at $10 + $2 per $100 product value or part of) please add this item to your Shopping Cart.
eg For an order of $195 product value, insurance will be $10 + 2x $2 = $14, so you will be charged $195 + shipping total at checkout + $14 insurance.
NB This will appear as $0 (zero dollars) on your Shopping Cart but will be processed in addition to the Total at the same time.
