Evening primrose oil (EPO) - containing gamma-linolenic acid (GLA)
Fish Oil-containing EPA and DHA
Fish Oil contains the omega-3 triglycerides EPA and DHA, and can be taken as a dietary supplement to a cholesterol-lowering program (which should also include a reduction in consumption of saturated fat and increased consumption of fibre-rich foods).
