What it does:
Blackmores Care 55 Plus Multi may be of assistance for people in the over 55 years age group who may lack zinc, calcium, magnesium, folic acid and riboflavine.
Care 55 Plus also supplies potent antioxidant nutrients betacarotene, vitamins C and E, and the mineral zinc. Other nutrients are also present that are often found to be lacking in the diets of people over the age of 55, for example vitamin B12 and folic acid, (which, along with vitamin B6, has an essential role in the metabolism of the amino acid homocysteine)
