Fennel Oil 13ml SunSpirit
What it does:
Fennel is an enlivening and clarifying oil that inspires motivation and perseverance. Fennel is primarily used for the alleviation of digestive complaints characterised by bloating, flatulence, colic, intolerance to fatty foods and any condition in which the liver is under stress (great for hangovers!). It is best added to a carrier oil (eg: Sweet Almond) for abdominal massage. Fennel is a wonderful cleanser and can be used in massage blends and therapeutic baths to aid in the treatment of fluid retention and cellulite.
Aroma: warm, sweet, aniseed-like, peppery. Top to middle note.
Blends well with: juniper, geranium, lavender, rosemary, marjoram, lemon, peppermint, tyme, basil, hyssop, frankincense.
Caution: Do not use in pregnancy or if you are epileptic. Do not take internally. Essential oils should always be blended with a base oil (such as sweet almond oil) before being applied to the body.
