Peppermint Oil 13ml SunSpirit
What it does:
Peppermint is a regenerating and vibrant oil that encourages focus and concentration. Inhaling peppermint through steam inhalation or vaporisation helps resolve congestive conditions such as colds, flu and sinusitis, in addition the stimulating yet cooling nature of peppermint aids in regulating temperature changes associated with fever when added to soothing massage blends and sponging water. Peppermint also has a particular affinity for the digestive system and is extremely useful in massage blends and vaporisers to help relieve the symptoms of nausea, dyspepsia, digestive headaches, travel sickness and hangovers! The cool minty flavour is perfect for mouth washes.
Aroma: camphorous, bittersweet herbaceous, minty, fresh. A top note.
Blends well with: basil, lemon, pine, geranium, rosemary, tea tree, lavender, eucalyptus, grapefruit, juniper, cypress, black pepper, niaouli.
Caution: may irritate sensitive skin. Do not use in pregnancy. Essential oils should always be blended with a base oil (such as sweet almond oil) before being applied to the body
