What it does?
Juniper is a fresh, clearing, uplifting oil inspiring inner vision, strength and vitality. It is an invigorating oil providing welcome relief from tired, aching feet and legs in a massage blend or foot bath. Juniper relieves fluid retention and is also a warming remedy for muscular aches and pains when added to a massage blend or therapeutic bath. May also be used directly or in a steam inhalation for adolescent skin, oily spots and acne. Added to a burner Juniper clears the air and invigorates the mind.
Aroma: fresh, fruity, woody, sweet-balsamic turpentine-like aroma
Blends well with: geranium , lavender, cedarwood, sage, grapefruit, mandarin, sandalwood, cypress, pine, eucalyptus, frankincense, vetiver, bergamot, fennel.
Caution: Do not use during pregnancy. Do not take internally. Essential oils should always be blended with a base oil (such as sweet almond oil) before being applied to the body.
