What it does:

What is in it?
- Raspberry leaves - these have a long traditional use in pregnancy to prepare the uterus for labour. It strengthens and tones the tissue of the uterus throughout the pregnancy, and during labour it assists contractions. Its astringent action also helps to reduce any bleeding during labour.
- Meadowsweet - one of the best digestive remedies available. It is effective to use to reduce and treat nausea and morning sickness. Meadowsweet balances the digestive system, and can be used for all sorts of digestive disturbances, for example heartburn, hyperacidity, gastritis and peptic ulceration. It protects and soothes the lining of the digestive tract and acts to reduce excess acidity. Meadowsweet is also an astringent thus will aid in the reduction of any bleeding that occurs in labour.
