What it does:
Blackmores Vitamin D3 is a high strength Vitamin D3 supplement which helps maintain healthy bone density. Vitamin D3 is manufactured in the skin through the action of sunlight and is also obtained from food sources. Vitamin D3 is best known for its ability to stimulate the absorption of calcium and phosphate from the small intestine and decrease the urinary excretion of calcium thus improving bone density and strength.
