Shipping & Returns
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. We dispatch all orders by Australia Post. After we have dispatched your order, delivery within Australia is within 2-3 days for Regular Parcel or within 1 day for Express eParcel. For International orders, eParcel International Air Mail, shipping time is normally 1-2 weeks - estimates should be used as a general guide only.
Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please see our FAQ page for further information on customs and duty.
When you place an order, estimates of shipping and delivery dates for you are based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates that appear on the shipping quotes page are from the date of dispatch.
Please also note that the shipping rates for items we sell are based on weight and delivery address country/postcode.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund in the event of our error. *
We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect, broken or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
* Please select your products carefully and feel free to email our product team for product advice prior to ordering. DNHP are generally unable to offer refunds where an incorrect selection was made due to the nature of shipping products worldwide – you will appreciate that other customers do not wish to receive products that have been out of our care for even a minute, so we cannot resell returned goods. You can always be sure that you are not receiving a product that has been anywhere else first! However, where a product is damaged in transit, we will always replace it. At checkout you are deemed to have made a decision to purchase - a cancellation fee equivalent to the postage charged may be applicable if you change your mind after checkout and only in the circumstance that the parcel has not been packed or dispatched.
