Oil Garden Geranium Pure Essential Oil is stabilising, soothing and balancing. It may also be useful for eczema, acne, bruises and pre-menstrual symptoms (PMS).
- Vaporisation – choose 3 essential oils. Add a total of 5 drops to your vaporizer or diffuser
- Massage – choose 3 essential oils. Add a total of 5 drops of essential oil to 10ml of carrier oil and gently massage over the skin
