Each film coated tablet contains:
- D-alpha-tocopheryl acid succinate 61.98 mg
- Chromium (from chromium picolinate) 20 micrograms
- Magnesium (from magnesium glycinate) 75 mg
- Zinc (from zinc sulfate monohydrate) 25 mg
- Ginger (zingiber officinale extract 80 mg) from fresh rhizome 4 g
- Vitex (vitex agnus-castus extract 20 mg) from dry fruit 120 mg
